Enjoy the benefits of starting at the beginning and building from there, or revisiting the importance of a foundationally strong practice in this 4 week Foundations of Yoga Series, designed for beginners. You will learn how to properly perform postures (asanas) and learn the basic yoga terminology & etiquette that will allow you to enter any class with confidence. During this series, you will receive personalized one-on-one direction, hands-on assistance, and personal feedback in order to find modifications that work for your particular situation and your body.What can you expect?*A small group session*Class meets one day per week for 90 minutes for 4 weeks.
